For this project we were tasked with the creation of a fictitious magazine. I created a masthead logo, cover page, table of contents, opening spread to the article, and two continuation spreads for the chosen article, along with all the imagery and typography. I chose my article on the topic of AI and how it is impacting our lives in today’s world and within our futures. With that topic in mind, I challenged myself to generate all imagery using AI tools.

This raised many challenges as I did not always get what I wanted but worked through generative AI and was able to get to a place that was uniform and I was happy with. Both the physical prints and digital pages can be seen below.

The future is AI, but AI will not be taking over a designer’s job.
